Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days before shipment. During holidays or high-demand periods, processing times may occasionally experience delays.
Please ensure all billing and shipping details are entered correctly during checkout. Incorrect payment information or incomplete shipping addresses may result in additional processing delays of 3–5 business days.
Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays.
Shipping Information
Domestic Shipping
Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected during checkout. Estimated transit times do not include weekends or holidays.
While the company works to process and ship orders promptly, delivery delays caused by weather conditions, transportation issues, labor shortages, or carrier disruptions are outside of AquaSculpt’s control.
International Shipping
International orders may require additional delivery time depending on the destination country and customs procedures. In some cases, international delivery may take several weeks.
Customers are responsible for any customs-related delays or additional import fees required by their country.
Lost, Delayed, or Refused Packages
UPS and USPS are commonly used shipping carriers for AquaSculpt orders. If a package is delayed, lost, stolen, or marked as delivered but not received, customers should contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
For refused shipments:
Shipping and handling costs may be deducted from refunds
Refunds are processed only after the returned package is received and inspected

Order Cancellation Policy
Due to fast order processing, customers may request cancellation within 24 hours of purchase.
After 24 hours:
Orders may already be processed or shipped
Shipped orders generally cannot be canceled
Customers may refuse the shipment or return the package after delivery following the company’s return instructions

Incorrect Shipping Address Disclaimer
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address during checkout. Once an order has been processed or shipped, address changes may not be possible.
